Standard Refund Terms
Full refund available if cancelled with 48+ hours' notice
50% refund if cancelled with 24-48 hours' notice
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled session
Sessions can be rescheduled once with 24+ hours' notice at no cost
Subsequent rescheduling incurs a £97 admin fee
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your session. To qualify:
You must attend the full 90-minute session
Request must be made within 24 hours of session completion
Must provide specific feedback about why the session didn't meet expectations

Full refund minus £497 admin fee if cancelled before initial wireframing session
50% refund if cancelled during Week 1, before design exploration delivery
No refund once design exploration has been delivered (typically Day 3 of Week 1)
Project timeline can be extended by up to 5 working days with 48+ hours' notice
Further extensions may be available for an additional fee
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a limited satisfaction guarantee:
If after the initial wireframing session (Day 1) you don't believe we can deliver value, we'll refund 100% minus £497 admin fee
For the guarantee to apply, you must:
Attend all scheduled review sessions
Provide feedback within agreed timeframes
Raise concerns immediately as they arise
Not have requested substantial deviations from agreed scope
General Terms
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hi@caboodle.studio
Processing time for approved refunds: 5-10 working days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Service upgrades (branding, pitch deck, etc.) follow the same refund timeline as their parent service
We reserve the right to cancel service and provide a pro-rated refund if client requirements significantly exceed scope
Force Majeure
In case of illness or emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an alternative delivery timeline. If we cannot deliver the service due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided.
Scope & Deliverables
All services are delivered via Figma/FigJam, JPG, PNG or SVG. Any additional export formats or custom assets must be agreed upon before project commencement and may incur additional fees.
Payment Terms
All services require payment in full before commencement
Payment confirms agreement to these refund terms and project scope
We accept payment via Stripe or international bank transfer
Bank transfer details will be provided upon request
Stripe payments incur standard card processing fees
