To encourage product adoption, the first step is to show value in under 120 seconds. With only a few clicks the customer (loan brokers in this case) can instantly see the power of the platform with an example demo company.

One-click to add a customer
The old way meant sending emails, gathering documents and a lot of back and forth. We replaced this with a one-click UX to quickly get a customer into the system.

Easy access granting
The business customer that wants a loan then grants access to their accounting data. The UX had to cover when the broker did and didn't know which accounting software their customer would be using. We therefore made it super simple to choose and then grant access.

Broad overview
Once granted access, the loan broker has instant insight into the financial health of the business asking for the loan. For some this is enough to make a decision.

Optional granular detail
For more in-depth use cases, the broker could go into great detail and look to the bill and invoice level. We made spotting red flags easier with a consistent traffic light system.
