Revamping the User Experience for a Leading FinTech SaaS Company

The start

Every project starts with a deep dive into the desired outcome. We share knowledge and break down any assumptions. This is the foundation.

As an existing product, with a lot of features and functionality, making changes can be risky and take time and money. We worked closely with the Hemal, the CEO to understand how far we could push the design without incurring massive dev costs.

We mapped out common, repeatable components. And built a design system that could be used like Lego.

The benefits are huge. Consistent UI building blocks means developers can put features together rapidly. And the user experience would feel seamless and consistent.

The product had two flavours, and admin and user view. We wanted to unite the UI to ensure a consistent, but powerful user experience.

Simplicity doesn't always mean easy to use. Power and admin users need more dense, accessible data and information. We tightened up common elements and made things scannable whilst reducing eye strain.
