Led by 2 UX design consultants — Lucy and Chris, our team was founded on friendship and the desire to do meaningful, world-class work with purpose-driven brands.

Lucy Collins

For the past 10 years, Lucy worked in-house at a number of agencies giving her valuable insight into UX processes within different team dynamics. She's also had plenty of experience working on an array of successful digital products.

Now a Design Sprint facilitator she is a huge proponent of user experience design. She's seen first-hand the value of a user-centred approach and works passionately to instil design thinking into every project.

Chris Godby

Before Caboodle, Chris spent 10 years contracting as a design consultant for a plethora of different brands, from startups to household names. Being exposed to a vast array of sectors and business problems gave him a unique insight into how user experience design can transform any type of business for the better.

His work has been published in the Awwwards book, CSS Design Awards and Abduzeedo. He also writes guides and resources for Prototypr and Figma publications.
